We offer our employees, customers and suppliers the opportunity to report information about violations in the context of a professional, entrepreneurial or official activity to our internal reporting office in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act or the EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937.

Our internal reporting office is operated by our service provider, the CAD Institute for Compliance, Employment Law and Data Protection, using a digital whistleblower platform that ensures absolute confidentiality and, if necessary, confidentiality. Anonymity guaranteed.

The main objectives of our whistleblower system are:

• Protection of legitimate expectations through discreet handling of the identity and reporting of whistleblowers
• Prohibition of unjustified discrimination such as dismissal, warning, refusal of promotion or bullying (reprisals)
• Avoidance of liability claims and damage to our company's image
